Kerry voted against funding the items for which you are criticizing Bush.

There is no line item for body armor or armored HV's. That a logistics issue and there is adequate funding to provide these elements to our troops.

The over charging that Haliburton made on the fuel deliveries alone would have paid for much of it.

It's not about funding, it's about priorities. The money is there, yet the delivery of needed armor is stalled.
