JK will pay for troops and vets benefits by trimming just a few of Bush-cheney's unnecessary unworkable boondoggles such as their new generation of tactical nukes or their still dysfunctional SDI. Bush-Cheney deployed SDI at 12 billion a year despite the fact it doesn't work yet and may never.
