LARAMIDE REPORTS SIGNIFICANT SHAREHOLDING
Laramide Resources's president, Marc Henderson, has purchased a total of
500,000 common shares of Laramide in March, 2004, through the TSX Venture
Exchange and through the exercise of previously issued common share
purchase warrants and options, which when added to previous purchases by
Mr. Henderson, brings his holdings to 3,541,112 common shares of Laramide.
This represents approximately 12.1 per cent of the outstanding common
shares of the company.
Mr. Henderson has acquired the above-noted shares of the company for
investment purposes and he may, depending on market and other conditions,
increase his beneficial ownership, control or direction over the common
shares or other securities of the company, through market transactions,
private agreements, treasury issuances, exercise of convertible securities
or otherwise.
