Diamond Stock YTD performance & Cap:
I compared todays close to that of pre-PDAC, and the average unweighted drop was 8.4%.
Returns in this period were between -25% and +4%, with most stocks losing ground.
The lesson appears to be to sell BEFORE PDAC.
Clearly some of these companies are getting attractively valued. Of the sub 250 mil cap stocks,
I would favour Stornoway, Ashton, Diamondex, Metalex, Shear, DiamondsNorth, and Dunsmuir
in no particular order, as those that lead the pack this year, mostly because they have
big budgets and/or have good prospective land and good management.
Lets see how things turn out!
The threads are quieter these days...another good sign people are getting worried
with their declining fortunes.
