The quality I would look for in our President is how level headed is he or she. Is the President an idealogue with very hard set views. Or is the President capable of making a decision after listening to all sides of a story. And after having made the decision, the ability to rally others to stand behind that decision.

President Bush by now should have realized that terrorism cannot be fought by sending in an army. Currently, while the Pakistani troops are concentrating in Waziristan, terrorists are attacking other areas in the world. terrorism has to be fought collectively by all the nations of the world with the collective intelligence or all these countries. President Bush is chasing terrorist shadows, busy trying to hold the small coalition that he has together. Under threat of being voted out of office and under pressure from Spain, he is now turning towards the UN, something that he said he does not need to do as late as January 2004 during the State of the Union.

He has lost his bearings, even the little he may have had.
