but you should be more cautious in your use of the word "fascist"

I should be more cautious? You should find a history book (Will Shirer's Rise and Fall of the Third Reich is quite good) to learn what the word "fascist" actually means. For the way you toss it around shows that you think it means 'any government to the right of center that you don't like'. It doesn't mean that.

Fascists believe that all must serve the state, and the state must have one ruler. If a fascist is elected into office, he swiftly eliminates any chance of his ever being elected out of office. So Hitler did when he made himself Chancellor, ending the Weimar Republic and jailing the communists, trade unionists, and any other political opponents.

Are the Democrats in jail? Has the Constitution been revoked? Do the Secret Police come for those who speak against the government?

If these conditions held, then you could speak without foolishness of Bush as a fascist - or more realistically, you would not speak so, in fear for your life.

These conditions did hold, by the way, in Saddam's Iraq. With a vengeance.

As it it, you are merely flinging the word "fascist" around in a foolish and hyperbolic manner.
