I like listening to Kudlow. The one thing about him that I have picked up on him is that he tends to be narrow minded (in horse racing I would say he has blinders on).
That cost increase being passed on will hurt someone somewhere. Either the consumer will come up short, the home buyer will pay more, or the home builder will make less. Or it will be shared (the short fall) by all. To just say it is being passed on without any effect is narrow minded. Copper, steel, aluminum, wood products, etc. prices increasing big time. Sounds like inflation to me.
