Terrrorists themselves must be killed. I am talking about diplomacy. Say if Saudi Arabia were to shelter terrorists, you have to use the stick and the carrot both. But most terrorism has nothing to do with countries. Except for the Taliban who had managed to take over Afhanistan. O that invasion we all agreed.

BTW if Bush is so black and white on "evil" dictators and terorists out there why hasn't be already invaded North Korea, Cuba, Myammar, Iran, Syria, Beirut, etc. Notice the one country he did invade and commit ourselves to holding onto was the easy one with the most oil, and he repeatedly lied about why he was going in.
