<<Bush should give back all the Enron money to the fund for laid off a cheated Enron employees>>

Why should Bush be anymore responsible than Clinton? Bush didn't take office until 2001 and by that time much of the market damage was done. It seems to me that the enforcement agencies during Clinton's term decided to overlook rather than oversee the market transgressions that were taking place. I don't blame Clinton but make no mistake - the rise and fall of the market happened on his watch. That sent the unemployment situation in motion before bush even took office. Now, I'd be the first to say that Bush hasn't exactly improved the situation but to lay the blame at his feet for what was already in the works isn't fair.

As bad as I feel for those people they were cheated by the suits that ran their business into the ground. The falsified numbers go all the way back to the mid 90's.
