Oh, puhlease. Get a grip. I sincerely hope for your own sake and that of your friends and family that you do not act half as moronic in real life as your comments make you appear.

Do you really believe that Bush will cancel the election? That if you continue to criticize him, the FBI will throw you in jail? Can you be that detached from reality?

Can you not see that legitimate concerns about granting too much power to the Justice Deptartment to pursue terrorists (who are clearly not figments of the imagination) reflect a completely different scale of potential governmental abuse than Saddam's Mukhabarat, that dragged enemies of the regime away to torture and death on a whim?

Yet you call Saddam's republic of fear "legitimate". Is the Bush administration legitimate? Can you apply the word in America?

How is it that the Left no longer has anything to say to the true victims of fascism, but must pretend that the only real abuses happen in democracies?
