Absolutely. It is a HUGE threat. If we turn tail and run from terrorism we simply invite more of it. Just like was foolishly done in Spain.

This is what you guys don't get about wars, don't get about negotiating, don't get about foreign policy or nuclear proliferation. It is essential you ALWAYS work from a position of strength. When you have weak liberals calling the shots (like Clinton, for example) terrorists and foreign governments know they can run over the country.

In this respect, it isn't the least bit surprising that some foreign leaders are supporting Kerry. Hell, yes. If Spain can't have its own guy elected president of the United States, they'll take second best -- John Kerry.
