With transmissions it's good to have someone you trust. Really easy to get the shaft on a rebuild.

I knew a guy who had an AAMCO and he charged everyone who had a rebuild for a kit. Most of the time he'd split a kit between 3 jobs, just fixed enough to make it past warranty.
