Is this company a scam? It's product is "available" - but apparently NO ONE IS BUYING IT! No wonder it did a reverse merger (alway a negative indicator) rather than an IPO -- if this company has immediate prospects, it would have waited until it had sales.

Very suspicious.

Of course, if it IS a scam, shareholders could be in luck. Like famous pumphouse of the 90s -- SCKT -- it could have a great run before it returns to earth.
