You know, you can read that as many times as you want to, and it contains not a single idea, not a single smidgen of an idea, no proposal, no matter how modest, no promise of any kind.

He says dropping out of Kyoto was foolhardy. But does he say he would implement it? No.

He says "go it alone" has threatened us. But does he say "I will not engage our military forces, unless we are directly attacked, without the support of the U.N"? No.

He offers NO statements whatsoever as to what he will or would do. Just criticizes Bush, with no positive alternative of his own.

This is one of the concerns I have about him as a potential leader. He is big on anti-Bush, but very short on "here's specifically what I would do differently."
