I still wonder whether this war would have happened had Hans Blix taken my original suggestion, as articulated in the original version of SI's DON'T START THE WAR thread, and had declared that he and his inspection team would refuse to leave Baghadad and, in effect, would have become human shields. Would Bush have dared bomb then?

Oh, well. Maybe Marvel Comics will pick up on the What-If storyline--lol!
