How do you know who is being held at Guantanamo and why they are being held?

Because, after two years of humans rights orgs all over the globe bemoaning the 'abuses' at Guantanamo, and interviewing released prisoners, no one has come up with a shred of evidence to the give the lie to the Pentagon's statements: the prisoners of Guantanamo were taken prisoner in Afghanistan: mostly Al Qaeda, some Taliban.
