Omnicorder has been FAILING for YEARS!

Dig this, from an article in business week:

following the Food & Drug Administration's approval in December of OmniCorder's BioScan System. Over the next year, Fauci thinks his 25-employee company will quadruple as hospitals and doctors catch on to the device.
businessweek.com

The punchline: the article date is June 29, 2000!

Get it?

This company has had FDA approval of its device FOR OVER 4 YEARS! Since December 1999, fer crissake!

It's been trying to sell it's product FOR OVER 4 YEARS! And the article is designed to give the impression that sales will start soon: the CEO said his number of employees would "quadruple" soon.

The reality: the number of employees has DECLINED from 25 to only 11. That's what's behind this hot prospect: 11 EMPLOYEES!

What's more unbelievable is despite 4 years of failure, this company had the balls to do a reverse merger -- going public despite 4 years of declining number of employees, and unable to sell EVEN ONCE its hot prospect.

Guess it's not so hot. Guess this company IS mostly hype. The only hope shareholders have is the company is better at hyping its shares than it is at hyping its product!

As of February 10, 2004, we had a total of 11 full-time employees and six additional outside consultants (both full-time and part-time). Together, approximately six of these individuals are engaged in technology, research and product development, five in sales and marketing, and customer service, and six in management and finance.
