We keep finding more and more of them.

A year ago a Tunisian was arrested in Berlin. He had prepared an attack with a similar method as used in Madrid. He had already purchased a Motorola phone and prepared the ignition mechanism. The target was supposed to be a peace demonstration against the Iraq war. The trial will start in April.
