Kerry made similar statements when Clinton was president too. Also, Bush wasn't the one that briefed congress on Iraq. The CIA did. Kerry had the same info as Bush, and came to the same conclusion as Bush.

They are other people who also felt there were WMD's who did not get their intelligence solely from the U.S. Great Britain for example. Hans Blix, for another. Both Blix and Blair felt Iraq had WMD's, but both of them did not feel this way based on US intel alone.

So portraying Bush as a liar on this issue, is completely unfair.
