They are now a wholly-owned sub of a Croatian company, PLIVA. Any coincidence there?

I can't find any record of their still having a research effort (was it rolled into PLIVA?) or group, and they're in New Jersey now. Is there still a group in San Ramon??

(just throwing stuff out there, not expecting anyone to know the answers but hoping that they do... San Ramon is sort of in my back yard, and there are sporadic attempts to get companies rolling in the area.)
