Interesting posts. I stopped following this after I failed to get any real response to my post. I'll be interested to see if there is any real response to the issues you raise, any real business plan or projections based on reality. For now, I'm going to strictly observe the debate as the valuation is about 10x what I would expect at the current stage.

$45 million enterprise value and about $75 THOUSAND dollars in revenue.

Developmental stage companies can have successful reverse mergers and even scams have their pump and dump stage. Tough to make money at this point without some major projections going forward.
