Kerry's lying about being present when assassination was proposed. No one is accusing him of being in favor of assassinations. The info Kerry's friend and supporter, Gerald Nicosia, released indicate Kerry spoke and voted against assassinations and that he dropped out of the movement the next day.

But, Kerry is none the less lying about his presence at the meeting.

And there is another question about whether Kerry had a legal or moral duty to inform authorities about the proposals.
