I'm sure they are just looking at relative strength. In other words nothing fundamental. There could be some validity in JNPR and BRCM as growth plays though. They are both large enough to benefit from global growth and networking and hardware are 2 areas not being commoditized like software. Business will be good until China steals the industry in total.
