For what purpose. The two sides made solemn agreements to each other. Israel was living up to its side of the deal and the PA wasn't and hasn't. What Barak's aide may or may not have said is of no consequence as to who was holding up their side of the bargain or not, you're just jerking off at the mouth as far as I can tell.
