This is true according to the way unemployment records are kept. It is also true that if 90% of all Americans lost their job in 2004 the unemployment rate would be zero as soon as their benefits ran out if nobody else lost their job in the meantime. You have to look at the total jobs lost and sent overseas. Juniors record on jobs is deplorable.
