I work for the gov. here in the US, I don't think I won't be more productive if I switch my work to a private company.

You post mostly during the work day I note. A private company in Wisconsin (google) may not accept that and interpret it as theft of time. The company I worked for prior to retirement definitely would have challenged my productivity contribution if I was surfing daily. Public utilities are not reknowned for their work ethic.
