You're saying that Rummy's overlooking the fact that Saddam was gassing his own people is OK by Nixon's standards of decorum? Nixon was attempting to open China to diplomatic relations. Rummy was trying to keep Iraq and Iran in a perpetual war. What, you think we should now invade that bastion of communism, mainland China which is now experiencing some 9% capitalistic GDP growth? LOL.
