"... Different ball of wax..... If one country ratifies and does its part in reducing greenhouse gasses,it is not much use if a huge pollution maker like the US is not on board. On the ABM......many countries are being asked..read.. pressured... into signing onto this Star Wars fiasco even before there is any proof that the damn thing works. Not only that ..they fully understand that today's threats do not come from other countries with ICBMs ,but from terrorist states that are being antagonized by BUSH foreign policy in the Mid East....their back yard. America had enjoyed somewhat of a protective shield... called the Atlantic Ocean... for so long that it thought it could do what it wanted in the ME and never suffer the repercussions on its own soil.. 911 changed all of that... And here we are.... doing MORE to destabilize that area and creating more reasons to attack America and its allies.. BUSH GOTTA GO DAVE....THAT'S ALL THERE IS TO IT.. The man is a walking disaster waiting for the next disaster to strike so he can scare the American people into thinking they need his " Steady Leadership In Times Of ....WarMongering "...
