Friggin perfect - the issue is ratify or not. I guess he wants it both ways - support it but renegotiate it. LOL - this is a perfect example of the waffle. "Massachusetts senator Kerry, who has won 15 of 17 Democratic primary contests so far, has berated Bush for ditching Kyoto rather than seeking to renegotiate...."
