The US snuck in dual use (LOL) products into Iraq. How soon we forget. Even during THIS war, our troops were finding made in American ammo.

Under Saddam, Iranians limited to 15K/month. Now that's gone up by a factor of 10. The border is porous and it only requires a bribe to get through.
