Thank you for the MEDI article. MEDI stock held up for the week (+1.80%). However, biotech stocks in general closed down for the week ending 3/19/04 in line with the rest of the market. The AMEX Biotechnology Index (BTK) decreased 1.74% while the BioBizNet Select Index (BBNSI) dropped receded 2.16%. Some gainers besides MEDI were ORCH, OSIS, and a few others (see biobiznet.com).
