CR, two Administration officials, Paul O'neill and now Clarke have said the same thing about the Bush gang in the White House.

There is only one thing that Bush could to some extent (whether true or not is debatable) boast about and that is his leadership on the war on terrorism. What war and what terrorism. There was no threat to the US from Saddam's Iraq after Clinton bombed the heck out of Saddam for the attempted assassination of Bush Sr.

Today's 60 minutes interview was a bombshell from someone who served Reagan, Bush Sr., Clinton and Bush Jr. This guy is pretty non-partisan and has been liked by the Republican Presidents and Democrats. So you would think he would protect the Republicans. I liked his reply to the question about loyalty to the White House of the American people. he came out swinging on that reply. Leslie Stahl also got emotionally involved with the questioning when Clarke passionately stood by his replies and maintained that Bush does not deserve even a wee bit of credit for his leadership on the war on terrorism. Oneill two months ago, Spain two weeks ago, Clarke two hours ago. Who is next and when?
