I wonder if someone could make money selling a Chomputer. A cheap chinese computer. It would sell for about 150 dollars US and run an improved (graphically) Linux operating system. Right now an old PC sells for about 125 CDN and would be adequate for the rural market. I doubt if foreign business could make any money trying to penetrate sino markets significantly though. Becoming a chinese microsoft is not in the cards for anyone not chinese.
