Rather than acknowledge facts, people like you take phrases out of context and cannot admit how such a word construction might be related to a decade of intelligence data and U.S. policy

Let’s review. You wrote:

most of those 237 "lies" were obvious restatements of official U.S. and international intelligence policy dating back eight years.

I asked for clarification, and specifically asked if Bush’s claim that “We found the weapons of mass destruction” was a statement of policy. To this, you have responded opaquely that “such a word construction” relates to “intelligence data and US policy.”

Bush was referring not to intelligence data, but to the two vans (found by the inspectors) that US officials speculated were used for producing biological agents. At the time Bush made that claim, HE KNEW that US weapons experts disputed the speculation, positing that the vans were used to make helium for weather balloons. That is now settled. Since David Kay’s report, Bush no longer claims we found weapons of mass destruction. Kay, of course, is a hard-right Republican Bush supporter and the Administration’s choice to head the American search for WMDs.

Yet Bush knowingly and falsely said “We found the weapons of mass destruction.”

I suspect you’re not articulate enough to tell me what “US policy” required Bush to lie, so I’ll let you go.
