By the way, the Czechs still insist that the Al- Qaida boss met with Iraqis in Prague, despite CIA skepticism.......

By "Al Qaeda boss," do you mean Mohammed Atta? He wasn't the Al Qaeda boss, but that's minor. Can you document that assertion about the Czechs? I believe the facts are to the contrary, if you're referring to Mohammed Atta.

An informer told the Czech government of a meeting between Mohammed Atta and an Iraqi intelligence official. Czech intelligence officials were skeptical about the informer’s reliability. U.S. intelligence had contradictory evidence regarding Atta’s whereabouts, such as records showing Atta was in Virginia at the supposed time of the meeting; and the C.I.A. and F.B.I. concluded that the meeting probably didn’t occur. Don Rumsfeld told the story, omitting the doubts of Czech and American intelligence agencies, thus setting a myth in motion.
