Sorry, that's not Clark's position, go back and check. "During Clintons EIGHT YEARS no troops were sent anywhere." Wrong! The US invaded Haiti without a single shot being fired, without any loss of life and brought about a regime change. Clinton was instrumental in stopping the genocide of Albanians by the Serbs, while Europeans were happy to sit back and watch the slaughter.
