The issue is White House priorities. Russia and Iraq were the priorities. 9/11 happened and then it was Iraq and al Qaida. Iraq, Iraq, Iraq. I want the Commander in Chief to be seized by the most important national security issues facing the United States. Iraq should not have been at the top of his list then, and it should not be at the top of his list now.
