What I found interesting--and this could be a hint Hadley was covering over what truthfully happened--about Hadley's defense of Bush is that Hadley kept using the term "homeland" while quoting the conversations of the president during that time period.

Now, does anyone realistically think Bush was using the term "homeland," back then? The term "homeland security" was a creation of much thought and perhaps had public relations involved in the name creation. I seriously doubt that Bush used the term "homeland" back during that period. Hadley, obviously, was exaggerating!
