Hamas is officially committed to Israel's destruction, not just a withdrawal from the occupied territories.

And vice versa in Israel. There are Israeli political parties which are officially committed to driving the Palestinians completely out of Palestine. Of course, this was the plan by the original Zionists, but most Israelis have realized it is an unrealistic goal. Most, but not all.

Israel has never renounced the first Zionist Congress in 1897, which laid claim to all of the West Bank and Gaza, as well as parts of Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, and Egypt.
