"Bush tax cuts are driving the deficit" And they are driving the economic recovery. What would be worse? If we were still in a recession and getting higher taxes or experiencing nice growth and exceptional profitibility as we are, and allowing Americans to keep more of their money? No way to know the answer, but my view is that the people are better off with more of THEIR money, and your view is that the people are better off with the government taking care of their money. Different views to be sure. Try Europe. They like to take more money from their citizens. You may find that to be a more satisfying feeling.
