He's been terrible on terrorism. He ignored terrorism for many months when something could have been done about it. Then, he diverted badly needed resources from Afghanistan, especially intelligence resources, to fight a war in Iraq which had nothing to do with fighting terrorism. In fact, it was counter productive.
