Mike, GZTC, Genzyme Transgenics, is issuing 3 million shares priced at $4 per share effective Monday, August 5th. Why do they issue share below the current price of their stock? I am guessing that this is why the stock price has been creeping towards $4 per share. Do you feel that GZTC is a good buy at these prices?
