Another small point, conveniently ignored by the demohacks, was the contention of the election by Gore, delaying the takeover by the Bush administration. During the time of delay, Bill(The Coward) Clinton refused to turn over the briefing papers and the keys to the federal offices, even though he was legally required to do so, therefore delaying even further, the President's ability to get his staff in place. Then, after assumption of the Presidency, the demohacks in Congress did all they could to delay voting on the President's most important appointments, such as the attorney general, and others. Because of these delaying tactics the Bush team was not even solidly in place by 911, and could, therefore, not prevent the disaster set up by the cowardice of the Clinton administration.
