and fiscal responsibility. In all fairness a lot of that fiscal responsibility came from chopping off the flow of funds to the provinces and leaving them to fend for themselves it seems.. I'm a middle boomer (47) and I hope by the time I'm 60 we don't have the fiscal surprise I'm afraid of... Here are some fun links showing the depth of the debt pit...
