I think I should be able to find that information in the city hall. I plan to do that tomorrow.

Since the agent has no obligation to volunteer any information. It would be nice for me to come up with a bunch of questions to ask him.

A few years ago, a friend of mine was wondering why the condo he was interested in was 10k cheaper than another one in the complex. I joked that may be someone died there recently. When he asked, the agent confirmed it. He ended up paying more for a similar unit in the same complex.
