Instead, the world had become castrated-- all except for Bush. LOL! Iraq's military was castrated by the sanctions. The rest of the world's militaries continued just fine. Bush is now the cause of Al Qaeda I said "in Iraq". And, in fact, Saddam kept Al Qaeda out of Iraq. Bush has let them in. The cause of Al Qaeda was the U.S.-led plan (aided by Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and many others) to create an army of fanatical Islamists in Afghanistan, with the purpose of directing terrorism at the USSR. The name was Operation Cyclone. Bush had nothing to do with that. He was too drunk at the time to care about geopolitics. You have no valid evidence at all to support that Bush failed to honorably dispatch his military duties. Well, there was the commander who said they couldn't do an evaluation because he was never around. -g- Al Qaeda bombed us several times during Clinton’s administration and Clinton did nothing at all. Nothing, nada – not a single friggin’ thing. You have any evidence of this? Tom
