Chip, i dont think greenspan will rise rates too quickly...didnt he just encourage folks to use ARMs? he would be sending homeowners to their doom if they got ARMs and then he rocketed the rates. so i think he will try his darnest to raise them gradually. GDP acceleration has slowed too. but seems like nobody talking about deflation anymore. Henry
