IF Clarke had sounded the alarm on terrorism with such urgency, why was it the case that the Bush Team had to put a plan together to deal with OBL?

If things were as Clarke says,then there should have been a plan in place when the new administration took over and it should have been handed off. Sure, a new administration may want to change plans based on their own views, but the the plans should have already been there. They were not.

Given his close ties with the Kerry's foreign policy advisor, given that he said exactly the opposite about Clinton in Richard Miniter's book, "Losing bin Laden: How Bill Clinton's Failures Unleashed Global Terror", add in that 60 minutes failed to disclose and the above...

Clarke is so not credible it is barely worth discussing.
