That was the link. You may find it by searching IBM or Enel press releases. The unconfirmed rumor mill has it that ELON is providing the software, Enel the hardware. Oddly, ELON has not had a mid-term report. Something is going on. Definitely worth watching closely. Since Enel and Elon are already hooked up...I placed my bet on the successful history of that relationship and the fact the US Army Corps of Engineers and GSA now require Echelon be built into their construction projects.
