tonto, this is exactly what the opponents of trickle down economics say. When you give tax breaks to the rich, the Bushies say that the money they get is rolled back into their businesses and jobs are created. Instead, that money is used to build the personal assets such as private aircrafts, yatchs etc. Instead we need those monies from the tax breaks to go towards creating jobs in the high tech and biotech, in manufacturing of industrial goods, etc. etc.
Not into building the personal assets for the rich but instead into building goods for international trade etc.
